South-African leadership is fostered and shared among a Board of Directors, a Country Coordinator and a small leadership team. Humanity’s Team SA is represented at Global Council on an annual basis.

The Board of Directors stays focused on achieving the end statements of Humanity’s Team South-Africa while everyone else works on the means; taking care of the day-to-day processes, programs and decision-making.

Humanity’s Team SA also adopted the global “Seven C’s” process to guide the movement’s culture, principles and norms. Depicted in a flowerlike symbol, Humanity’s Team employs the Seven C’s — Consciousness, Courage, Communication, Collaboration, Consensus, Commitment and Call to Action — throughout the movement’s creation process.

From global strategies to community grassroots initiatives, the movement consistently focuses on cultivating the growth of a New Spirituality that recognizes life’s unity and humanity’s oneness.
